The global healthcare company Ceragem announced on Feb 24, 2016 that Vice President Kim, Gil-tae received an award granted by the president of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute at the annual meeting of the KMDIA (Korea Medical Device Industrial Association).
The 17th annual meeting of the KMDIA was held on Feb 24 at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul. At the meeting, Ceragem’s Vice President Kim, Gil-tae received the award in recognition of his contribution to the improvement of Korea’s healthcare industry as well as people’s overall health.
The KMDIA holds the meeting annually to reassure its pledge to improve the medical industry provide the better service for the association members. At the 2016 annual meeting, the KMDIA presented the association’s projects for 2016 to protect rights interests of the medical device industry. In addition, the individuals who contributed greatly to the improvement of the medical device industry including the company CEOs medical news reporters, were granted awards by the president of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute, the Chairman of the National Assembly, the Minister of Health Welfare, the Minister of Food Drug Safety so on.
Vice President Kim, Gil-tae said in his acceptance speech, “I will endeavor to improve the status of Korean medical devices both in the domestic global market.”
