"A victory will be gained if the goals of the superior subordinate are same” (上下同欲者胜)"
On February 8, 2016, on the morning of the lunar New Year’s Day, President Kim, Sang-sik got out of his car in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do. Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do is the hometown of the production team leader, Mr. Park, Mun-seon where his parents relatives are living. Mr. Park has been working at the Ceragem Production Division for 16 years. The family members of Mr. Park, Mun-seon were surprised at President Kim’s unexpected visit to their home in Yeoju for a new year’s greeting.
Mr. Park, Su-bong, the father of Mr. Park, Mun-seon expressed his appreciation to President Kim by holding both President Kim’s hs firmly. Mr. Park’s father was truly impressed thankful to President Kim for his visiting the employee’s home meeting the employee’s parents family members on the Lunar New Year’s Day despite of his busy schedule.
Mr. Park, Mun-seon was so impressed with President Kim Sang-sik as well. He said, “I am really thankful for your visiting my home meeting my family. I think that the kindness attention you are showing today is not only for me my family. This is showing that you think of our production team is very important care about them very much. This year our production team will put our maximum effort in quality control. We hope to meet your expectation with the best quality products.”
The production team leader, Park, Mun-seon has been working for Ceragem for 16 years since February 17, 2000.
Managing Director in the Production Division Park, Yong-seon highly praised Mr. Park, Mun-seon for his initiative diligent work ethic. Mr. Park, Mun-seon has been contributing to the improvement of production effectiveness at the production site through the continuous research production improvement.
President Kim, Sang-sik showed interest in Mr. Park Mun-seon’s work situation his family life. He greeted Park’s parents thanked them saying, “Mr. Park is an excellent employee. He has been a great as to Ceragem keeping production going well for 16 years. Thank you.”
The father of Mr. Park, Mun-seon was very thankful with President Kim’s appreciation for his son. He replied to President Kim, “Thank you for speaking highly of my son. I think it honorable for my son to be a member of Ceragem.”
President Kim Sang-sik carried a friendly pleasant conversation with Mr. Park’s family as if they were long time hometown neighbors. Everybody was happy looking forward to spring.
Ceragem’s power of unity comes from company leadership. The biggest influence on the unity comes from the interaction between leadership employees. The leader should take the initiative to create the atmosphere for effective interaction. |
