| CERAGEM, No. 1 in Youke Korea Satisfaction Index “St abreast with Sulwhasoo, Shin Ramyun, Lock & Lock, Cuchen ”
Healthcare company CERAGEM won the 1st place from Youke Korea Satisfaction Index (YKSI) at the ‘Korea & China Global Stard Management Awards’ award ceremony held on 27 at Shilla Hotel, Yeong Bin Gwan.
2015 YKSI (Youke Korea Satisfaction Index) run by Korea Marketing Association the People’s Daily Online(人民网) was conducted to measure the satisfaction level that Chinese consumers feel about overall Korean products through Chinese tourist (Youke) with an anticipation of the result of the survey contributes to improvement in industry in both countries.
This investigation was done targeting 2,373 Chinese tourists who had an experience visiting Korea previously during the period of June 22 through September 4, 2015. The survey was conducted through on-line face-to-face surveys. There were 7 survey items including overall satisfaction level, price, quality recommendation by others, so on.
CERAGEM were ranked no. 1 in the field of home medical device marking 801 points out of 1,000 points.
Especially, from the survey of “2014 Chinese’s favorite Korean products”, CERAGEM was selected as a favorite Korean product two times in a row together with Huggies, Lock & Lock Bamboo Salt Tooth paste.
One of the surveys said, “More Chinese are looking for products with high customer satisfaction other than br name. In order to impress Youke, company’s dynamic customer satisfaction activities are highly requested.”
CERAGEM was selected as the best company fulfilling CSR by obtaining “AA” rating from the evaluation of CSR last month. In addition CERAGEM won the award of “2014 Korea’s beloved company” in recognition of CERAGEM’s various philanthropic activities
