CERAGEM President Jang Do-geun received “Industrial Service Medal” at the 52nd Trade Day Ceremony held on Dec 7 at Samsung-dong COEX.
The “Trade Day” is a legal commemoration day established to pursue a balanced growth in trading grow as a strong trading country. It is hosted by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry Energy. The government presents the award (Tower of Trade) prizes to the individuals as well as corporates who contributed to an increase in exports, improvement of export quality opening new overseas markets.
President Jang Do-geun received the “Industrial Service Medal” the employee Kim Jin-u received the Prime Ministers’ Award in recognition of opening new overseas market contribution to increase in export respectively. In addition, CERAGEM’s subsidiary CERAGEM H& B received “Million Dollar Export Tower” Vice Chairman Hwang Woo-jin received the award of the Minister of Trade, Industry Energy.
CERAGEM was established in 1998 developed the automatic personal thermal massager for the first time in the world. With the development of the CERAGEM’s automatic thermal massager, the previous thermal massager market where manual type massagers prevailed evolved one step forward. Starting from 1999 in the USA, currently CERAGEM is running about 3,000 distribution channels (CERAGEM Centers) in over 70 countries including USA, China, Europe Central America. In 2003, CERAGEM’s product market share was ranked top in the field of thermal massager. CERAGEM received “50 Million Dollar Export Tower” in 2005 “70 Million Dollar Export Tower” in 2007.
