Ceragem Group officially appointed Mr. Lee Wang-gu as president in charge of global business marketing held an inauguration ceremony at the main headquarters auditorium on Feb 17, 2014.

President Lee Wang-gu was promoted from vice-president to president at Ceragem Group Global Business Strategy Conference held on Feb 7 later transferred to the president in charge of global business marketing of 70 countries on promotion. President Lee Wang-gu has many years of practical experience in the healthcare field in both domestic international markets. He earned various overseas on-site experiences while he was a director president of an overseas corporate office. The appointment was based on President Lee’s crisis management ability with practical overseas business experience strong leadership. With this personnel arrangement, Ceragem group will focus effort on targeting the overseas market aggressively.

President Lee Wang-gu said with his inaugural address, “I will be a leader who takes the initiative s an example with actions not words to create Ceragem’s Miracle once again. I will enhance Ceragem’s competitiveness through change innovation.” In his address, he presented his mid-long term goal requested change from executives employees to make that happen saying, “I will make Ceragem a company worth 10 trillion won by 2020. In order to grow achieve Ceragem’s goal to become global healthcare company in the rapidly changing business environment both domestically internationally, we all have to arm ourselves with new mind-.”

President Lee Wang-gu has been recognized for his remarkable achievement that contributed to the sales revenue of 300 billion won (as of 2008) since Ceragem’s establishment. With his outsting leadership organization management ability, he stood out in developing new markets in both Korea overseas. Especially, he achieved a remarkable market growth in India Central America. Last year, he received a Republic of Korea Presidential Award at the 50th Annual Trade Day Ceremony in appreciation of his contribution to increase the nation’s exports.
