CERAGEM, which has prepared for a second leap as a global healthcare group, held a farewell/inaugural ceremony for the representative director on March 14 (Monday) with chairman Lee Hwan Sung, vice chairman Kang Shin Jang, new representative director Lee In Gyu, 200 executives staff in attendance. In particular, Chairman Lee Hwan Sung expressed intention to participate in the company&rsquos management, giving a boost of energy to the enhancement of the staffs job activities under the new management.
"CERAGEM is on the verge of a 2nd leap changes of restarting business, grafting of experience marketing through water purifier beauty projects into a new business model, growth of new affiliate companies. To deal with these aggressively, I as chairman will participate in management directly to achieve successful results," he stressed in his welcome address.
The new management system of CERAGEM was determined with the support of several executives staffs including vice chairman Kang Shin Jang. Through such system, Mr. Kang, former representative director of CERAGEM, was promoted to vice chairman of the group of companies to carry out the &ldquoglobal integration of the CERAGEM group.
"I admire the determination of the chairman, I believe his warm strong energy will serve as a source of power to strengthen CERAGEM more solidly. I will provide my full support so that CERAGEM will be a global premium healthcare company," vice chairman Kang reportedly emphasized in his farewell address.
Meanwhile, Mr. Lee, the new representative director, revealed his vision in his inaugural address. "CERAGEM is a company that has potential it cannot be imitated by others, its advanced infrastructure company culture provide various opportunities to its members. I will always think things through with staff support any policy that will strengthen the competitiveness of CERAGEM, I will do my job with unwavering concentration confidence."
In the final session of the ceremony, the new representative director signaled a new start by waving the company flag energetically to mirror the strong will of CERAGEM.
