An event, “Run together CERAGEM Europe 2010“was held in Budapest, Hungary, from 11 - 13 January organized by CERAGEM Europe. President of Ceragem Europe, Moo-Soo Lee, Vice President of Ceragem Europe, Dong-Yeol Park and other top representatives of Ceragem HQ from each country operating under the umbrella of Ceragem Europe, including Managing Directors, Regional Directors and Areal Managers were participated in this event. Director of Ceragem Korea, Jejin Kim, in particular, was invited to the event, as a special guest.

Making presentations of their successful business experience with Ceragem in the seminar, Regional Directors and Areal Managers motivated other distributors and passed on know-how. Based on her 7 years business experience with Ceragem, Hyun-Jin Kim who has been operating Ceragem Berlin center no.1 handed down the secret of how to run Ceragem center successfully.

Manager of Strategy in Ceragem Europe, Dr. Yong-Sung Lim gave a lecture on what was the difference between successful and unsuccessful centers in his presentation titled, “Benchmarking of Top 5 Best Center.”
In addition, current Managing Director of Romania, Won-Han Kim gave us a lesson that the key to a successful business was trust and faith toward each Managing Directors who had been making a great effort for Ceragem, through his presentation, “Success with Ceragem.”

Above all, the most impressive presentation in this seminar was a special lecture of Director of Ceragem Korea, Jejin Kim. He presented about optical illusion of human and Monk Sungchol’s writing “There are no answers in human life”.
Through his presentation, participants could be realized the importance of not giving up hope and affection of life, even if they have sometimes been distressed by regrets of life. Director Kim also suggested going outside for about 20 minutes to have the blind experience activity in order to remind us of a happiness of enjoying good health. As the participants formed groups of two, the eye-hooded participant walked along the street near the event hall hand-by-hand and guided by another participant who was not hooded. Looking back upon the uncomfortable moment with doing that activity, the participants said that they had a chance to ruminate on their parents’ favor of giving them good health and also pledged themselves to work harder with sincerity and a sense of duty for customers who visit Ceragem center to find solution for their discomfort. Moreover, the participants added that they would continue to do Ceragem business with more faith and trust towards Managing Directors, from now on, regarding the Managing Directors as the partners who guided themselves to the safe way.

In this event, a nomination ceremony for distributors who had been newly appointed as Areal Managers was held at the same time and Ceragem Europe also presented Grand Awards and Excellence Awards to outstanding Regional Directors and Areal Managers of the year at an awards ceremony in appreciation for their dedication and conscientious contribution. At the second day of the event, participants had a special evening, watching several exciting shows and eating typical Hungarian dishes at a restaurant in Budapest which was famous for the unique interior designs and breathtaking events.
